Return Policy:

At BOXR Underwear, you always have the option to return your order within 14 business days of the shipping date. Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging. Keep your proof of return until we have processed it.

You can try out BOXR Underwear products to the extent necessary to make a purchase as you would in a physical store. Used items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Ensure that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or washed, where the packaging has been removed, or that show other signs of wear, a reduction in value will be charged against the total amount refunded.

Return costs are at your own expense. These costs vary by country. Returns within the Netherlands cost €5.95. Customers outside the Netherlands pay €8.95.

Exchanges are no problem at all. Ensure that you exchange products unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
