Frequently Asked Questions
At the BOXR FAQ, you'll find answers to all your questions about our comfortable basics.
Why are you more affordable than other bamboo brands?
We sell directly to you, cutting out expensive middlemen and retail markups. This way, you only pay for the product, not the label.
Why does BOXR chafe less than cotton boxers?
The combination of soft bamboo fabric, a close-fitting design, and strategically placed S-Skin™ Mesh zones helps reduce friction and moisture build-up.
This keeps your thighs more comfortable, without the chafing sensation you may experience with some cotton boxers.
Does bamboo underwear shrink in the wash?
No. Thanks to S-Skin Mesh® technology, BOXR retains its shape even after dozens of washes.
How long do they actually last?
BOXR is built to last. No holes, no stretched-out elastic. Most customers wear them for years—and we back that up with a 6-month warranty.
What if I’m between sizes?
Not sure? Then choose the larger size. It’s better to have a little extra room than for them to feel too tight.
And if they don’t fit? Thanks to our Perfect Fit Guarantee, you can exchange them once for a different size, completely free of charge.
Is bamboo really better for the environment?
Yes. Bamboo grows rapidly without the use of pesticides and consumes less water than cotton. Additionally, our production process is designed to minimize waste and maximize quality.
Can I try one pair of boxers first?
We always sell our boxers in packs of at least 3 to keep the price low.
However, thanks to our 30-day guarantee, you have nothing to lose. Not satisfied? Get your purchase amount refunded after returning your order.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.
